VWorks Terms and Conditions

Definitions:
A 'User' shall be used to refer to a person browsing the www.vworks.com web site, which shall be referred to as the 'Site'. The Site is owned and operated by VWorks Pty Ltd, which shall be referred to as VWorks.

Registered Users: 
To gain further access to the VWorks site, a User is required to register with VWorks and create a User Account. All details provided by Users during account creation are protected, including their usage, as specified by the VWorks Privacy Policy. As there is content of commercially sensitive nature made available by VWorks to registered users, a User is required to reveal their true and correct identity, as stated in the User Registration Forms provided by VWorks.

VWorks reserves the right to not grant a User Registered User status, and to terminate a Registered User's account for any reason at VWorks' sole discretion.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: 
By using the Site, a User agrees to the Terms & Conditions of this site, documented below. VWorks reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice or notification to previous Users. Registered Users will be notified of any updates to either the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.

All content found on the Site is provided 'as is' with no guarantees or warranties of any kind to the completeness, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise of the material.

Usage: 
A User shall not use the Site in such a way that VWorks can be damaged or that is illegal.

No Liability: 
IN NO EVENT SHALL VWorks BE LIABLE TO USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF OR INCIDENT TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
